Start your half day tour to the amazing west bank of Luxor where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture which was used for burial, there are many kings buried in this valley. The most known tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. Move on to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C), the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. You will pass by the colossi of Memnon which are remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III

If you have valid student card, then you will have discounted tickets for each payable ticket.

Tickets are: Valley of Kings 240 EGP, Hatshepsut Temple 140 EGP.

For Valley of Kings and Hatchepsout one has to pay 4 EGP each person extra for the mini train.

Colossi of Memnon are for free.

Photography policy :

Since December 2017, the Egyptian Antiquities Authority has approved allowing photography without a flash inside the tombs of the Valley of the Kings with a special ticket of 300 Egyptian pounds This ticket allows the visitor to take photos inside any three tombs open to visit except these tombs (Ramses VI – Tutankhamun – Siti I)

  • Tipping for the driver and the guide (and it is up to you, No Pushing at all).
  • Any extras not mentioned in the program

Due to the sites at the west close at 17.00 pm
